Two Week Menu Plan (Oct 9 – Oct 22)

Many of you might remember Laura.  This is the same Laura that started up The Produce Box Girls with Kasey so very long ago.  So we are very excited to see what her family will be eating over the next two weeks.  Feel free to try out some of her ideas or do your own thing.  We’d love to see what you’ll be cooking up this week as well.  Just request to join our Facebook group, PBG Recipe Swappers, and Kasey or Marsha will be happy to add you.

From Laura: It is beginning to feel like Fall outside.  At our house this means more soups and stews.  We are also going to be using out crock pot a lot more.  I love coming home to a meal ready to eat!  Here is what we will be eating over the next couple weeks.  We have tried the Moroccan Stew listed for day 1 and it is delicious!

Meal 1 Moroccan Stew and homemade bread
Meal 2 Baked Potato Bar, Salad
Meal 3 Eggplant Lasagna 
Meal 4 Roasted Cherry Tomato Pasta and Cucumber Salad
Meal 5 Homemade Chicken Nuggets, Oven-Fried Okra, Mashed Potatoes
Meal 6 Black Bean and Sweet Potato Chilii
Meal 7 Slow-Cooker Cabbage Roll Caserole
